FIVE PRESERVED WETLANDS. NATURAL FLORIDA. RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR.

When Millwright was designed, five natural FL wetland habitats surrounding the site were preserved — not cleared, not converted, not replaced with parking. They remain. Protected.

Today the community is bordered by these protected wetland areas, home to birds, turtles, wildlife, and native vegetation that define natural North Brevard County. A nature trail is currently under development and will eventually wind through the full 30+ acres of the property, passing all five wetlands.

Until then: the wetlands are there. The wildlife is there. And Millwright is the only apartment community in Titusville that can say it was built around natural FL rather than over it.

Millwright's bark park is one of the largest in the area — and with five preserved wetland areas bordering the property, morning walks at Millwright feel different from anywhere else in Titusville. The pet spa means less mess on move-in day. And with wetland bird watching practically at the leash's end, even the dogs benefit from this location.

Pet Policy

Cats and dogs welcome. Limit 2 pets per apartment. One-time pet fee: $350 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Weight limit applies — ask the leasing team for details.
